Summer Apple Coleslaw
- 3/4 C Mango Peach Poppy Seed
- 1/2 head cabbage (chopped)
- 1 green apple (chopped)
- 1 Carrot (Julianned)
Combine Cabbage, Apple and Carrot in a large mixing bowl. Add Mango Peach Poppy Seed just until coated. Serve cold.
Just Balmy Chicken Thighs
- 1/2 Cup Mango Peach Poppy Seed
- 12 - 14 Boneless Chicken Thighs
- 1 Can Crushed Pineapple
In a 9 x 13 Casserole dish, lay chicken thighs out in even layer. Lightly drain crushed Pineapple and evenly distribute onto chicken. Drizzle Mango Peach Poppy Seed as the top layer. Bake at 400* for about 20 - 25 minutes.
Summer Tropical Fruit Salad
- Fresh Cut Fruits
- Mango Peach Poppy Seed
Cut Watermelon, Cantaloupe, Honeydew, Pineapple, Peaches, pears. Mix together and pour enough Mango Peach Poppy Seed to coat lightly. Allow to sit in the fridge for an hour before serving.
